Common Questions
Do I need an account?
It depends on the app. HelveTalk works fully offline and does not require an account — just download and start. Resetra lets you create an account with Sign in with Apple or Google so your data can sync and back up across devices.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us. To manage or cancel:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled an app or switched devices, open the app's settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used originally.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the app stores. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request a refund from your Play Store order history. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help where we can.
How do I back up or restore my data?
For offline apps like HelveTalk, your progress is stored on your device. For Resetra, sign in to enable encrypted cloud backup — your data will restore automatically when you sign in on a new device.
How do I delete my account and data?
For apps with an account (such as Resetra), open the app's settings and choose Delete Account, or email us at info@nestlava.com and we'll delete your account and associated cloud data. For offline apps, simply uninstalling the app removes your local data.
My notifications or reminders aren't working
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings, and that reminders are turned on inside the app. On some devices, battery-optimization settings can delay scheduled notifications.
